The Vancouver Sun newspaper story introduces "pocket neighbourhoods" and "co-housing developments".  I attended a presentation on co-housing late last year held in Vancouver where I personally met Charles Durrett.  I found it to be very interesting.

Last Saturday we opened the laneway house to approximately 500 visitors on the Vancouver Heritage Foundation's annual Laneway House Tour.
