The Vancouver Sun newspaper story introduces "pocket neighbourhoods" and "co-housing developments".  I attended a presentation on co-housing late last year held in Vancouver where I personally met Charles Durrett.  I found it to be very interesting.

Burnaby city hall may legalize secondary suites

Burnaby is one of the few Lower Mainland municipalities that doesn't allow secondary suites but that could soon change now that city hall is exploring the issue.

Happy New Year everyone.  Had a moment to look at least one open house today.  This was it.

List Price: $850,000.  Near Knight and 41st Ave.  40' x 122' lot size. Built 1957.  Met Kelvin, the listing agent.  

Since I arrived at 3:55 pm, just minutes before the end of his 2:00 - 4:00 open house, I asked, "How was the open house? Many people come by?"
